A brand is often the most valuable asset of an entrepreneur. You build it every day. Due to the brand, your customers associate your products or services with you. If a competitor uses a similar or even identical brand, they exploit your efforts and may poach your customers or spoil your reputation. In the worst case, the competitor registers your brand as a trademark and orders you to stop using it.

A trademark serves for the protection of a brand. With a trademark, you get the exclusive right to use the brand for particular products or services. You can prohibit anyone from using a similar or identical brand for given products or services.

However, if preparation is underestimated, the trademark has the value of the paper on which you receive the certificate of registration. Therefore, I can help you assess the strength of your brand both in terms of eligibility for registration and in terms of uniqueness and strength. I will also create a list of products and services that is sufficiently broad and specific at the same time. Before filing a trademark application, I will check older trademarks in the register.
