GDPR affects every entrepreneur today. I take a pragmatic and comprehensible approach to achieve compliance.

Personal data protection must be addressed by everyone today. On the other hand, I understand that small companies and self-employed persons, in particular, have a lot of other things on their plates. Therefore, I take an individual approach to each client. I analyse the client’s situation and prepare only the most essential documents in accordance with GDPR. I do not draw up unnecessary guidelines and analyses that you put in a drawer and never take out again.

As part of the complex implementation to achieve compliance with GDPR, I start with an audit of personal data, identify risks, carry out a balance test of legitimate interests, and propose adequate security measures. Where a specific project or riskier processing is concerned, I carry out a data protection impact analysis (DPIA) or analysis of legitimacy of transferring personal data abroad.

I will revise your business contracts (Terms & Conditions, contracts with suppliers and customers, particular contracts with clients) as well as labour contracts.

I specialize in e-commerce law over a long period, so I often write a personal data protection policy for my client’s e-shops, information about cookies or advise the clients on how to correctly send newsletters.
